Mercy Health Partners Named One of the "101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" in West Michigan

Muskegon, MI – April 10, 2007:  Mercy Health Partners, a member of Trinity Health and a Solucient Top-100 hospital on the lakeshore has been named one of the "101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" in West Michigan by the National Association of Business Resources. This is the first time that Mercy has achieved this award.

Winners of the "101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" awards are companies that work with imagination and conviction to create organizational value and business results through their policies and best practices in human resource management. This distinction is given to honor a company's recognition of their associates as their greatest asset.

Mercy has adopted many initiatives aimed at improving associate satisfaction including; Bright Ideas, Leadership Development for all managers, diversity awareness initiatives, Reach for the Stars, tuition assistance, and more.  Mercy associates also participate in a Gallup Employee Engagement Survey annually to evaluate the overall level of employee engagement based on Gallup’s Q12 questionnaire. Mercy ’s Gallup survey will be April 10-24, 2007.

Mercy is the specialty referral hospital along the lakeshore.
